Water Treatment Operator / Pumping Station Operator

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Water Treatment Operator to manage and monitor our pumping station and reverse‑osmosis (RO) water treatment facilities. The role ensures continuous, safe operation of water distribution equipment while maintaining high water‑quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor pumps, RO systems, and water distribution equipment.
• Track operational parameters using control systems and instrumentation.
• Respond promptly to alarms, breakdowns, and emergency situations.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols during all activities.
• Maintain accurate operational logs, reports, and water‑quality records.
• Coordinate with maintenance and operations teams to guarantee uninterrupted service.

Required profile

• Diploma or technical qualification in a related field.
• 0–4 years of experience in water treatment, utilities, or pumping‑station operations.
• Good communication, teamwork, and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Knowledge of reverse‑osmosis (RO) systems.
• Familiarity with water distribution equipment and pump operation.
• Experience with control‑room instrumentation and monitoring.
