Webflow Web Developer – Growth Team

About the role

EliseAI is seeking a Webflow‑focused Web Developer to join its growth team. You will work at the intersection of design, product, and engineering, shaping the company’s digital presence and supporting high‑impact marketing campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Build, launch, and maintain responsive, high‑performance Webflow pages that are pixel‑perfect across devices.
• Translate Figma prototypes into functional Webflow builds and collaborate with product and growth teams on conversion‑focused landing pages.
• Manage and optimise the Webflow CMS architecture for scalability and ease of use by non‑technical teammates.
• Conduct thorough testing for browser compatibility, load speed, and WCAG accessibility compliance before each release.
• Support the Senior Web Developer with custom code extensions (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and integrate third‑party tools such as Google Analytics and HubSpot.
• Document styles, components, and workflows to keep the marketing site a single source of truth.
• Enable Marketing, Content, and Sales teams to update site content autonomously without breaking global styles.
