Welcome Arrival Ambassador

About the role

First impressions are everything. As a Welcome Arrival Ambassador at Westin Dubai, you will greet guests, guide them through arrival and departure, and ensure a memorable experience from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a wide range of guest services, including processing operational needs, addressing requests, and sharing local area highlights.
• Move throughout the property to assist guests, handle luggage, and perform physical tasks such as lifting objects up to 50 lb unaided and up to 75 lb with assistance.
• Complete reports and documentation related to guest arrivals and departures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and confidentiality while delivering services.
• Maintain professional appearance and communication at all times.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• No prior related work experience required.
• No supervisory experience needed.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods and perform physical tasks safely.
• Commitment to creating a safe workplace and protecting company assets.
• Professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication standards.
