About the role
As a Welcome Desk Agent in the Front Office of W Hotels Dubai, you will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering memorable experiences from check‑in to check‑out. The role is ideal for candidates fluent in Russian and Arabic who can guide guests through the hotel’s services and local attractions.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and register guests, handle check‑in/check‑out procedures while maintaining professional appearance and confidentiality.
- Respond to guest requests, provide information about the hotel and local area, and process operational tasks such as reports and minor transactions.
- Maintain a safe and clean front‑desk environment, lift and move items up to 10 lb, and adhere to company policies and quality standards.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- No prior experience required; ability to work on feet for extended periods and communicate effectively in Russian and Arabic.
