About the role
Join W Hotels in Dubai as a Welcome Desk Agent, providing multilingual front‑desk service in Spanish, Italian and Russian. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring a smooth and memorable experience for guests throughout their stay.
Key responsibilities
- Process check‑in and check‑out operations while handling guest inquiries in Spanish, Italian and Russian.
- Address guest requests, provide local area information, and complete operational reports.
- Assist with guest luggage handling and coordinate with housekeeping and other departments.
- Maintain a safe and professional work environment, adhering to company policies and confidentiality standards.
- Perform physical tasks such as moving, lifting, and placing objects up to 10 pounds without assistance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior work experience required.
- Fluency in Spanish, Italian and Russian.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and be on feet for extended periods.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
