Well Completions Engineer

About the role

ADNOC is seeking a qualified Engineer to lead well completion and stimulation activities across its high‑pressure, high‑temperature assets. The role involves designing, executing and optimizing well completion solutions while ensuring safety, reliability and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and execute well completion designs and stimulation plans in line with company standards and industry best practices.
• Develop and implement materials testing and selection processes to optimise well completion performance.
• Analyse well integrity data to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Lead the design and execution of stimulation operations to enhance well productivity.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve well completion and stimulation challenges.
• Review and approve technical documentation for well completion and stimulation projects.
• Monitor and report on the performance of well completion and stimulation activities.
• Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and team members.
• Manage contracts and liaise with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Conduct post‑operation reviews to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• BSc Engineering degree in Mechanical or Petroleum Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in well integrity assurance, well completion design and stimulation operations for high‑pressure, high‑temperature wells.
