Wellness Instructor

About the role

The Wellness Instructor will design and deliver holistic wellness programs for guests at our luxury resort, blending fitness, yoga, meditation and lifestyle practices with the brand’s creative and vibrant personality. You will create memorable experiences that support physical, mental and emotional well‑being throughout the resort’s all‑inclusive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead group and individual sessions such as yoga, Pilates, meditation, breathwork and stretching.
• Provide personalized lifestyle and wellness guidance to help guests achieve balance and vitality.
• Develop a diverse calendar of wellness activities aligned with guest profiles, brand positioning and seasonal events.
• Collaborate with Spa, Fitness and Entertainment teams to deliver integrated wellness offerings.
• Maintain clean, safe and well‑prepared wellness spaces and equipment.
• Act as a brand ambassador, building personal connections and collecting guest feedback to continuously improve the experience.

Required profile

• Certification in yoga, Pilates, meditation, holistic health or wellness coaching (Yoga Alliance, Pilates Method Alliance or equivalent).
• Previous experience in a luxury resort, spa or wellness centre.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Creative, energetic, empathetic personality with a genuine passion for wellness.
• First aid and CPR certification preferred.
• Flexibility to work varied schedules, including mornings, evenings and weekends.
