Wellness Instructor

About the role

The Wellness Instructor designs and delivers holistic wellness programs for guests, combining fitness, yoga, meditation and lifestyle practices with the brand’s vibrant personality. You will create memorable experiences that support physical, mental and emotional well‑being throughout the resort stay.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct group and individual wellness sessions such as yoga, Pilates, meditation, stretching, breathwork and mindfulness.
• Develop a diverse calendar of wellness activities aligned with guest profiles, brand positioning and seasonal events.
• Collaborate with Spa, Fitness and Entertainment teams to deliver integrated wellness offerings and signature programs.
• Maintain clean, safe wellness spaces and ensure equipment is in excellent condition.
• Act as a brand ambassador, build personal connections with guests and collect feedback to continuously improve the experience.

Required profile

• Certification in yoga, Pilates, meditation, holistic health or wellness coaching (Yoga Alliance, Pilates Method Alliance or equivalent).
• Previous experience in a luxury resort, spa or wellness centre.
• Fluent English with strong interpersonal and communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
• Creative, energetic, empathetic personality with a genuine passion for wellness.
• First aid and CPR certification preferred.
• Flexibility to work varied schedules including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
