Wellness Manager

About the role

The Wellness Manager will design, lead and manage Anantara's holistic wellness programme, focusing on yoga, sound healing, mindfulness and related experiences. This role ensures every guest journey reflects the brand’s luxury standards while promoting physical, mental and emotional well‑being.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement an annual wellness calendar featuring yoga, sound healing, meditation, breathwork and other holistic activities.
• Design signature wellness experiences, seasonal retreats, workshops and special events aligned with the hotel’s brand.
• Conduct group and private yoga sessions for all fitness levels and lead sound‑healing, meditation and relaxation sessions using instruments such as singing bowls, chimes, tuning forks and gongs.
• Provide personalized wellness consultations, create memorable wellness journeys and respond promptly to guest feedback.
• Manage daily operations of wellness activities and spaces, maintain equipment and ensure health, safety and hygiene compliance.
• Develop wellness packages, retreats and membership programmes in collaboration with sales, marketing and operations.
• Prepare annual budgets, monitor expenses and maximise revenue from private sessions, retreats and retail wellness products.
