About the role

The Wheel Bay Workshop Mechanic C is responsible for performing both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on wheel and brake components within flydubai's maintenance facilities. The role ensures compliance with company standards and aviation regulatory requirements while maintaining accurate records in the AMOS system.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out all wheel and brake maintenance tasks in accordance with flydubai procedures and regulatory guidelines.
• Complete workshop work packages thoroughly and record all relevant entries in the AMOS maintenance system.
• Identify, report, and log any component damage on the appropriate registers.
• Adhere to Information Security (ISR) policies, report incidents, and complete required ISR awareness sessions.

Required profile

• High School Diploma.
• Fluent in English.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in aircraft wheel and brake maintenance.
• Strong customer focus, teamwork, effective communication, and personal accountability.
• Resilience, flexibility, and a proactive "can‑do" attitude.
• Compliance with ISR policies and willingness to complete related training.

Required skills

• Maintenance of wheel and brake components.
• Proficiency with the AMOS maintenance tracking system.
