About the role
The WL Field Specialist – Slickline ensures safe, efficient and reliable well service delivery to customers in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on continuous improvement, risk management and compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain safe, efficient, and reliable PSD to customers.
- Identify improvement opportunities, implement standard work, and manage risk during service delivery.
- Participate in job risk analysis, continual improvement programs, and service quality meetings.
- Develop customer contacts to promote company products and services.
- Ensure compliance through CAT, self‑assessments, and wellsite inspections.
Required profile
- 5+ years of experience in a similar field specialist role.
- Maintain required safety training and wear appropriate PPE.
