Workforce Management Shift Supervisor

About the role

Arris Engineering Group is looking for a Shift Supervisor in Workforce Management to join its Ras Al Khaimah office. You will be the first point of contact for daily workforce operations, ensuring smooth scheduling, real‑time issue resolution and compliance with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and supervise daily schedules and rotations to guarantee adequate coverage and business continuity.
• Act as the primary escalation point for workforce issues, providing immediate support and backup coverage.
• Track KPIs, monitor adherence and efficiency, give feedback and conduct regular one‑on‑one meetings.
• Support onboarding and training of new hires, oversee development initiatives and contribute to performance evaluations.
• Manage shift schedules, resolve conflicts, handle unplanned absences and respond to employee requests promptly.
• Generate accurate reports, ensure compliance with WFM policies and legislative regulations, and identify process improvements.
• Collaborate with HR, Operations and other departments to align staffing and support organisational goals.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 month experience in workforce management or a related field.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle escalations effectively.
