Workplace & Admin Manager

About the role

Fasset is expanding across seven markets and needs its offices to run smoothly and reflect the high standards it sets for itself. Based in the UAE office, you will own the workplace operations and support the leadership team, ensuring every office is well‑maintained and guests are received professionally.

Key responsibilities

• Run the UAE office day‑to‑day, maintaining space, supplies, facilities and reception.
• Provide workplace and hospitality support to senior leaders, preparing meeting rooms and receiving guests.
• Coordinate with offices in other markets on leases, renewals, vendors and facilities matters.
• Manage office inventory, company assets and vendor contracts while controlling costs.
• Oversee end‑to‑end business travel for the team and leadership, including flights, accommodation, visas and ground transport.
• Plan and deliver culture events, celebrations and engagement activities across locations.
• Ensure office safety and compliance, covering access, security, health and safety, and emergency readiness.

Required profile

• 5+ years in office management, workplace or executive administration, with experience in the UAE.
• Proven ability to support senior leaders with discretion and sound judgement.
• Hands‑on experience managing leases, vendors, office budgets and business travel.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Polished, professional presence when hosting senior guests, partners and visitors.
• Nice to have: experience coordinating offices across multiple countries, background in fintech/crypto or fast‑growing startups, familiarity with travel booking, expense or inventory tools.
