X (Twitter) Growth Manager – Crypto

About the role

MultiBank Group is seeking a creative and growth‑focused X (formerly Twitter) Growth Manager to lead its crypto community across social platforms. You will be responsible for expanding audience reach, driving engagement, and enhancing brand visibility for the company’s crypto products.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow the crypto community on X, Telegram, Discord, LinkedIn, YouTube and emerging Web3 platforms.
• Design and execute growth strategies to increase followers, impressions, and active participation.
• Produce and publish market commentary, educational threads, product updates, polls and real‑time event coverage.
• Build relationships with traders, investors, influencers, KOLs, media partners and crypto communities.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity and emerging narratives to uncover growth opportunities.
• Engage with community members through comments, replies, AMAs and other initiatives.
• Utilise AI‑powered tools for content creation, idea generation and performance optimisation.
• Leverage AI‑driven analytics and social listening to track sentiment and refine content.
• Support campaigns such as trading competitions, product launches, webinars and educational programmes.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Design, Product, PR and Compliance teams to ensure compliant and engaging content.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of crypto culture, social media trends and community‑building tactics.
• Excellent written communication and storytelling abilities.
• Proactive, data‑driven mindset with a passion for audience growth.

Required skills

• Experience with AI‑powered content creation and analytics tools.
• Familiarity with major social platforms (X, Telegram, Discord, LinkedIn, YouTube).
• Ability to monitor and interpret crypto market conversations and trends.
