Zoho Developer Intern

About the role

The Zoho Developer Intern assists in developing, customizing, automating and integrating Zoho applications to improve business operations and workflow efficiency. The internship suits candidates interested in CRM systems, business automation, low-code development and third-party integrations.

Key responsibilities

• Customize and automate Zoho applications such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho Projects and Zoho Analytics.
• Write and maintain Deluge scripts for workflows and automation.
• Support API integrations with third-party platforms.
• Create reports, dashboards and business process automations.
• Assist in testing, debugging and improving existing systems.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts and project managers.
• Prepare technical documentation and support materials.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing one in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Internship or project experience in CRM or automation platforms is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, good communication and teamwork abilities.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of Zoho applications.
• Knowledge of programming logic and APIs.
• Familiarity with Deluge scripting is an advantage.
• Understanding of CRM concepts and business workflows.
