About the role
Ezer HR is seeking an experienced 360° Recruiter to independently manage the full recruitment lifecycle for engineering and technical talent across Oil & Gas, Marine, and Manufacturing sectors in the UAE.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect, acquire, and onboard new clients in targeted industry verticals.
- Handle end‑to‑end recruitment: gather requirements, source candidates, screen, interview, negotiate offers, and oversee onboarding.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, networking, and industry referrals.
- Consistently meet recruitment and business‑development targets.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in 360° mechanical recruitment.
- Currently residing in the United Arab Emirates.
Required skills
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter for candidate sourcing.
