About the role

Luxury Facilities is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead HR operations in Abu Dhabi. The role involves recruiting, supporting employees, and collaborating with management to create a productive workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Lead recruitment, interviews, selection, and onboarding across departments.
• Manage employee relations, address workplace concerns, and maintain accurate employee records.
• Oversee attendance, leave records, and coordinate payroll inputs with finance.
• Support managers with performance reviews, employee development, and retention.
• Ensure HR policies comply with UAE employment requirements and handle offboarding and exit interviews.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Manager or senior HR role.
• Strong knowledge of UAE employment practices and HR procedures.
• Hands‑on experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
• Strong Arabic communication skills; English proficiency is an advantage.
• Excellent organization, sound judgment, and discretion with confidential information.
