3P Team Leader – ICQA & L&D

About the role

As a 3P Team Leader you will oversee inbound or outbound fulfillment centre operations, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and secure resources for the function, including training and staffing.
• Supervise day‑to‑day activities, monitor safety procedures, and document incidents.
• Track production metrics, analyse data, and develop improvement strategies.
• Collaborate with HR, Facilities, Safety, and IT to obtain support for projects.
• Mentor, coach, and evaluate team members, handling performance and disciplinary actions.
• Conduct daily and weekly time‑card reviews to ensure pay accuracy.
• Rotate across shifts/departments and work extended hours as needed.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Willingness to work 40 hours per week with overtime as required.
