About the role
You will be responsible for providing an excellent and consistent level of service to customers. The technician assists in the smooth and efficient operation of the Engineering Department, supporting all other operating departments.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality service to hotel guests and internal customers.
- Support the Engineering Department to ensure seamless operations across the property.
Required profile
- Diploma or degree in Audio‑Visual Technology, Electronics, Information Technology or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in audiovisual operations, preferably within hotels, events or hospitality environments.
- Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced hotel engineering setting.
Required skills
- Installation of AV equipment.
- Configuration of AV systems.
- Troubleshooting of AV hardware and software.
- Maintenance of AV equipment.
