About the role
As a Pizza Sous Chef at Street Pizza, you will be second‑in‑command, supporting the Chef De Cuisine in delivering high‑quality Neapolitan pizza and ensuring smooth kitchen operations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and organise the kitchen team to maintain consistent food quality and guest experience.
- Coordinate food and supply orders, control budgeting expenses, and assist in menu preparation.
- Ensure safety guidelines and standard operating procedures are followed.
- Attend daily briefings and monthly operational meetings in the Chef de Cuisine’s absence.
Required profile
- Diploma in Catering.
- Minimum 5 years professional kitchen experience with Fresh Neapolitan pizza, preferably in a 5‑star hotel environment.
- Proven leadership experience in a similar role.
Required skills
- Expertise in preparing Fresh Neapolitan pizza.
- Budget management and menu development.
