AC Technician

About the role

The AC Technician is responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of heating, ventilation, air‑conditioning, and refrigeration systems across the property. This full‑time position supports the facility’s mechanical plant, energy management, and guest comfort.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect, repair, and maintain HVAC, air‑quality control, and refrigeration equipment.
• Conduct daily inspections of the mechanical plant and monitor property temperature.
• Analyze energy and utilities usage and calibrate controls, gauges, and meters.
• Install, test, and maintain electrical wiring, pipe assemblies, fittings, and valves.
• Perform routine pool and spa maintenance.
• Follow all safety policies, report hazards, and complete required safety training.
• Assist guests according to company standards and maintain a professional appearance.

Required profile

• Technical, trade or vocational school degree.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant HVAC or mechanical maintenance experience.
• EPA Universal Certification and HVAC certification.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift objects up to 100 lb and work in confined or elevated spaces.
