Academic & Short Course Admission Executive

About the role

The Academic and Short Course Admission Executive will drive student enrollment for Al Dar University College by promoting new programmes and short‑course offerings. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you will identify prospects, nurture relationships and convert leads into enrolled students.

Key responsibilities

• Market the college’s academic and short‑course programmes to prospective students and partners.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop and follow up on leads.
• Prepare business proposals and review partnership opportunities.
• Maintain a pipeline of existing and potential clients, ensuring timely follow‑up.
• Track admission metrics and report on student growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of UAE sales or marketing experience, preferably in a university or training institute.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE education sector and business development principles.
• Excellent prospecting, sales planning and closing abilities.
• Current residence in the UAE.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with digital and social‑media lead generation strategies.
