Academy Coordinator

About the role

Axis Communications is seeking a motivated Academy Coordinator to lead the education function for the Middle East & Africa region. You will plan, analyse and optimise a portfolio of classroom sessions, online trainings and webinars, ensuring a high‑quality learning experience for our network.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor training sessions, coordinating trainers, venues and marketing activities.
• Manage all administrative tasks in the Learning Management System (LMS), including registrations, payments and attendee coordination.
• Promote Axis trainings internally and externally, providing clear information to participants.
• Oversee the annual training budget and report on surveys/feedback for continuous improvement.
• Prepare strategic reports together with the Engineering and Training Manager.
• Implement and maintain the Axis Certification Program across the MEA region through internal communication and external campaigns.

Required profile

• Independent, initiative‑driven professional with a passion for education and training.
• Highly organised and able to plan, deploy, report and analyse educational activities.
• Strong collaboration skills to engage with diverse stakeholders and maintain clear communication.

Required skills

• Learning Management System (LMS) administration.
