Accommodation Attendant

About the role

The Accommodation Attendant ensures that employee housing provided by Rixos Hotels Gulf is safe, comfortable, and well‑maintained. You will act as the primary point of contact for staff regarding their accommodation needs, from allocation to issue resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Manage allocation, room assignments, transfers, check‑ins and check‑outs for employee housing.
• Maintain accurate records of occupancy, contracts, invoices and related documentation.
• Coordinate with landlords, maintenance teams, service contractors and internal stakeholders to address repairs, cleaning, pest control and utilities.
• Conduct regular inspections, report safety or maintenance issues, and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Handle employee inquiries and complaints, providing prompt resolutions.
• Support onboarding by arranging accommodation for new hires and facilitate room changes as needed.
• Prepare regular reports on occupancy rates, costs, maintenance activities and any accommodation‑related concerns.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Experience in hospitality or property management is advantageous.
