Account Development Manager – Sales

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Account Development Manager to drive revenue growth and nurture client relationships within our Digital Commerce portfolio. You will manage existing accounts while actively hunting new business opportunities, acting as the primary liaison for key stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Split focus 50% on managing existing client portfolio and 50% on acquiring new logos across the NIQ portfolio.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets, including upselling and cross‑selling.
• Build strong client relationships, understand needs, and negotiate commercial agreements.
• Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and coordinate with cross‑functional teams for seamless delivery.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Provide regular performance reports to senior management.
• Conduct outbound prospecting via email, social media, phone, and in‑person meetings.
• Implement global and regional strategy messages for assigned client groups.
• Forecast and achieve revenue budgets for the assigned cluster.
