Account Director

About the role

We are seeking an Account Director to lead high‑value client relationships for DubaiCreate, an award‑winning creative agency in Dubai. Reporting to the Business Director, you will act as the senior day‑to‑day contact for strategic brands, guiding multidisciplinary teams to deliver bold ideas across brand, film and digital.

Key responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of accounts, driving strategic and commercial growth.
• Build and nurture relationships with client directors and senior stakeholders.
• Translate client challenges into clear, inspiring briefs for internal teams.
• Identify and pursue organic growth opportunities within existing accounts.
• Provide strategic counsel to position the agency as a long‑term partner.
• Mentor and develop junior account staff.

Required profile

• Fluent in Arabic with cultural fluency to lead regional client relationships.
• 6‑8 years of agency account management experience, including senior client ownership.
• Proven ability to navigate complex, multi‑stakeholder accounts.
• Experience with strategy work and pitching, with a desire to expand in these areas.
• Proactive, opinionated and ready to lead.
