Account Director

About the role

The Account Director will lead the sale of OneStream’s SaaS solutions across the Middle East, focusing on existing customers. Based in Dubai with a remote work model, you will own a defined territory, drive renewals, upsells and cross‑sell opportunities, and ensure revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the existing customer base.
• Drive upselling and cross‑selling of OneStream products and services.
• Maintain accurate CRM data, manage the sales pipeline and prepare proposals.
• Build a self‑sourced pipeline through prospecting and collaboration with Customer Success, Business Development, Marketing and Alliances.
• Provide consultative guidance to customers, aligning their business objectives with OneStream’s value proposition.
• Deliver compelling presentations and business cases to support sales cycles.

Required profile

• Proven experience in SaaS sales and account management.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding quota within an existing account base.
• Strong understanding of subscription renewals, expansion and revenue growth.
• Excellent communication and consultative selling skills.
