Account Executive / Account Manager – SaaS (Dubai)

About the role

We are expanding our commercial team in Dubai for a global SaaS business. The role can be focused on new‑business acquisition as an Account Executive or on growing and retaining existing accounts as an Account Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing (AE) or manage a portfolio of existing customers (AM).
• Conduct discovery meetings, product demos and commercial discussions.
• Develop relationships with senior decision‑makers and key stakeholders.
• Understand client requirements and position appropriate SaaS solutions.
• Maintain accurate pipeline activity, forecasts and negotiate commercial terms.
• Identify upsell, cross‑sell and expansion opportunities and drive renewals.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction.
• Consistently meet or exceed revenue and sales targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in SaaS, software or technology sales (B2B).
• Background as an Account Executive, Account Manager, Business Development Manager or similar commercial role.
• Strong consultative and solution‑based selling approach.
• Experience engaging senior business stakeholders and decision‑makers.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Track record of delivering results in a target‑driven environment.
• Knowledge of the UAE or wider GCC market is a plus.
