Account Executive – Restaurant SaaS Sales

About the role

Supy is looking for an Account Executive to drive new business growth for its data‑driven inventory management platform across the UAE. You will manage the full sales cycle, helping multi‑location restaurant groups digitise operations, reduce waste and boost profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify restaurant prospects through outbound research, calls and digital outreach.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads using CRM tools.
• Own the end‑to‑end sales process: outreach, demos, proposals, negotiations and contract signing.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations and presentations.
• Collaborate with Implementation and Revenue Operations for seamless post‑sale handover.
• Build and nurture relationships with key decision‑makers in target accounts.
• Represent Supy at client meetings, industry events and networking opportunities.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and report pipeline health in the CRM.
• Work closely with Marketing on campaigns and with Account Management for upsell opportunities.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in F&B, hospitality or SaaS.
• Full professional proficiency in Arabic and English (written and verbal).
• Proven ability to manage the complete sales cycle independently.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
