Sales Advisor – Car Rental Experience

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Advisor to drive car rental sales in Ras Al Khor, Dubai. The successful candidate will build strong client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and deliver excellent customer service in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target potential corporate and individual customers to promote rental services.
• Generate new business through cold calling, networking and client meetings.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.
• Present rental packages, promotions and services effectively and achieve sales targets.
• Handle customer inquiries, understand needs and recommend suitable rental solutions.
• Coordinate vehicle delivery and return to ensure smooth booking processes.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities, preparing regular sales reports.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the fleet, rental policies and promotions.
• Collaborate with operations and customer service teams for seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field (preferred).
• 2–5 years proven experience in the car rental industry.
• Fluent in English; professional proficiency in Arabic strongly preferred.
