Account Manager (Arabic Speaking)

About the role

We are looking for a commercially driven Account Manager who is fluent in Arabic to manage a portfolio of healthcare provider accounts in the United Arab Emirates. You will act as the main point of contact, ensuring clients are engaged with the Doctify platform and achieve their business goals. The role involves learning our product suite and using tools such as Salesforce to deliver a premium client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Offer a premium experience by understanding client business goals and aligning Doctify solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with assigned accounts to drive satisfaction and revenue growth.
• Conduct client meetings via phone, video, or in‑person to discuss performance and opportunities.
• Act as a trusted advisor, representing client needs internally and across the portfolio.
• Share best‑practice examples that increase ROI and platform engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support account success.

Required profile

• Fluency in Arabic.
• Proven experience in account management, sales or a related field.
• Commercial mindset with a strong focus on customer success.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, scale‑up environment.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort with phone, virtual and in‑person interactions.
