Early Talent Cloud Sales Representative – UAE Nationals (EMEA)

About the role

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is rapidly expanding its sales function across the MENA region. As an Early Talent Cloud Sales Representative you will be responsible for customer acquisition, growth and support, contributing to AWS’s strategic priorities in the region. The role is part of an accelerated development program that builds technical and commercial expertise in cloud technology and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Drive AWS growth in a defined territory or customer segment.
• Build and leverage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to increase adoption of AWS services.
• Accelerate customer adoption through well‑developed sales strategies and go‑to‑market engagements.
• Deliver against quantitative and qualitative sales KPIs while leading a customer‑obsessed business.

Required profile

• UAE national with family book and proficiency in Arabic and English.
• Completed BA/BS degree and 1–2 years of technology‑related sales experience.
• Passion for winning new business and driving innovation in the region.
• Knowledge of existing cloud technologies and AWS certification (or equivalent) is preferred.
