Account Manager – Corporate & Government Reporting

About the role

Méridien, an interdisciplinary knowledge‑design studio, is looking for a highly connected Account Manager to drive sales and client acquisition for its interactive corporate and government reporting solutions. The role focuses on leveraging an existing network of senior decision‑makers across the UAE, KSA and the wider GCC to secure high‑value contracts for annual, ESG and strategic government publications.

Key responsibilities

• Generate revenue by building a sales pipeline using your warm network of C‑level executives, corporate communications directors, investor‑relations heads and government director‑generals.
• Prospect, pitch and close premium contracts with publicly listed companies and government entities for interactive reports and thought‑leadership narratives.
• Provide consultative selling by diagnosing client communication bottlenecks, reporting mandates and audience needs, positioning Méridien as the digital storytelling partner.
• Own the client journey from proposal to delivery, coordinating with editorial, data and engineering teams.
• Collaborate with the Chief Commercial Officer to refine pricing, explore new verticals and shape the commercial strategy.

Required profile

• 7+ years of B2B sales or business‑development experience in corporate reporting, ESG, strategic communications or premium creative‑agency services.
• Active, warm network of decision‑makers in corporate communications, investor relations and government across the UAE, KSA and GCC.
• Deep understanding of corporate reporting cycles, ESG frameworks and regional government strategic mandates (e.g., UAE Vision 2031, Saudi Vision 2030).
• Executive presence with polished presentation and negotiation skills, comfortable pitching to ministers, CEOs and board members.
• Bilingual fluency in English and professional Arabic.
