Account Manager – District Cooling Vertical

About the role

Carrier is seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead business development and strategic account management for its District Cooling vertical in the UAE. The role will drive growth of high‑efficiency HVAC and district‑cooling solutions across major projects in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and the Northern Emirates.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a market growth plan, building a robust pipeline of district‑cooling opportunities and providing accurate sales forecasts.
• Establish trusted relationships with district‑cooling providers, developers, consultants and EPC contractors, influencing project specifications from concept to award.
• Lead pursuit strategies for strategic projects, coordinating technical, commercial and contractual support throughout the bid process.
• Promote Carrier’s portfolio—including centrifugal chillers, plant optimisation controls and digital analytics—to showcase energy‑efficiency and low‑GWP refrigerant benefits.
• Represent Carrier at industry events and strengthen brand visibility within the UAE district‑cooling ecosystem.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• 8–15 years of experience in HVAC, district cooling, utilities or related infrastructure sales.
• Proven track record in B2B sales, strategic account management and long‑cycle project pursuits.
• Deep knowledge of the UAE construction, infrastructure and district‑cooling market.
