Account Manager – E-commerce (Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead seller success on our regional e‑commerce marketplace. Based in Dubai, you will work closely with a portfolio of sellers to drive growth, improve marketplace performance, and enhance the overall buyer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of marketplace sellers.
• Drive sales growth, assortment expansion, and seller engagement.
• Conduct business reviews and provide performance insights.
• Improve seller participation in campaigns and promotional events.
• Support sellers with advertising solutions such as Product Listing Ads.
• Ensure pricing, assortment, and platform competitiveness.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of account management experience.
• Background in e‑commerce, marketplaces, seller/vendor management, category management, or online retail.
• Bachelor's degree (mandatory).
• Arabic speakers and UAE driving licence are added advantages.

Required skills

• Strong communication, analytical, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
