Business Development Manager – ICT

About the role

Technology is easy to sell when it solves the right problem. We are seeking a Business Development Manager with a strong background in enterprise technology sales and a passion for creating new business opportunities. This role is for someone who understands how to engage decision‑makers, uncover business challenges, and position technology solutions that deliver measurable value.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities across enterprise and commercial sectors.
• Develop relationships with CIOs, CTOs, IT Managers, and key stakeholders.
• Drive sales of cloud, cybersecurity, infrastructure, networking, managed services, and digital transformation solutions.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to proposal submission, negotiation, and closure.
• Work closely with internal technical teams and technology partners to deliver customer‑focused solutions.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently achieve revenue targets.
• Stay informed about market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in ICT, IT solutions, or technology sales.
• Proven track record in new business acquisition and enterprise sales.
• Strong understanding of cloud services, cybersecurity, networking, infrastructure, and managed services.
• Existing network within the UAE market is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self‑motivated, ambitious, and results‑driven.
• Arabic speakers.
