Account Manager – Forex & CFD Business Development

About the role

The Account Manager will drive new business and nurture existing relationships within the Forex and CFD markets for Vantage, a global multi‑asset brokerage. Based in Dubai, you will work closely with Introducing Brokers, affiliates and institutional partners to expand the firm’s client base.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Forex and CFD products.
• Develop, negotiate and manage relationships with Introducing Brokers, affiliates and institutional partners.
• Coordinate onboarding processes with Compliance, Operations and Customer Support teams.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of prospective partners aligned with growth targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and regulatory changes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3‑4 years of business development experience in the Forex/CFD industry.
• Strong negotiation, communication and presentation abilities.
• Fluent in English and Hindi.
• Established network of IBs, affiliates, institutional clients or professional traders is highly preferred.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a target‑driven environment.
