Account Manager - Infrastructure

About the role

Hilti is looking for a proactive Account Manager to represent the brand on construction sites, offices and warehouses across Dubai. You will build strong, value‑driven relationships with customers, delivering tailored Hilti solutions that improve operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans using a solution‑based approach.
• Identify, pursue and manage sales opportunities to meet territory targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with channel partners, contractors and end users.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform tactical actions.
• Drive growth of key products and support new product introductions.
• Deliver product demonstrations, training and technical support.
• Manage customer portfolios and ensure high service levels.
• Gather market intelligence and provide regular performance reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams and report to the Area Sales Manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
• Background in interior finishing or construction.
• Strong relationship‑building and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent in English; Turkish is an advantage.
• UAE driving licence and willingness to travel.
