Account Manager

About the role

TransPerfect is seeking an Account Manager for its Dubai office to drive new business and support existing clients in the travel, retail and real‑estate sectors. The role is ideal for a proactive communicator eager to launch a sales career and take ownership of client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities and act as the first point of contact for existing accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, sales teams and production colleagues worldwide.
• Respond to client requests, assess project scope, prepare cost estimates and negotiate budgets and timelines.
• Monitor project progress, ensure deadlines and budgets are met, and deliver high‑quality outcomes.
• Identify upselling opportunities, collaborate with senior leadership and expand the TransPerfect portfolio within existing accounts.
• Continuously learn about client industries and proactively propose solutions to meet their needs.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in sales or client services.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Can‑do attitude, reliable and well‑organized.
