Account Manager – Large Appliances Category

About the role

Noon is looking for an Account Manager to lead the Large Appliances category in its fast‑growing e‑commerce platform. You will own the category from business development through growth, driving strategic plans, building partner relationships and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Drive category expansion, improve selection and discoverability, and deliver topline growth through data‑driven commercial strategies.
• Own and optimise on‑platform digital advertising, including PLA, Brand Ads, Sponsored Ads and onsite display, to increase traffic, visibility and GMV while maintaining efficient ROAS.
• Develop and execute traffic‑driving campaigns, promotional events and merchandising plans to boost customer engagement and market share.
• Collaborate with brand partners on joint advertising plans, budget allocation and promotion execution.
• Manage inventory and availability, ensuring products stay in stock through effective replenishment and forecasting.
• Analyse the customer funnel, identify drop‑offs and implement actions to improve conversion rates.
• Act as the main point of contact for key brands, negotiating commercial opportunities and aligning on growth targets.
• Monitor KPIs such as GMV, traffic, conversion, ROAS, CPC and market share, translating insights into actionable growth initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in account management, category management, e‑commerce or digital advertising.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
