Account Manager – LMR (Dubai)

About the role

As an Account Manager for IFF in Dubai, you will act as a trusted advisor to customers, driving sustainable sales growth and expanding market share for our flavors, fragrances, food ingredients and health & biosciences solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development of market and customer knowledge through various sources.
• Identify customer needs, opportunities and risks to drive profitable sales and market share growth.
• Build and maintain long‑term customer relationships, delivering solutions aligned with corporate strategy.
• Understand customer decision‑making criteria and regulatory requirements.
• Lead strategic commercial negotiations, including pricing, payment terms, rebates and supply agreements.
• Communicate account plans and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
• Manage a pipeline of reactive and proactive customer projects such as country and consumer studies.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in the ingredients sector.
• Proven ability to work with international, cross‑cultural and cross‑functional teams.
• Open‑minded, agile and courageous with a commercial, bottom‑line focus.
• Ability to deliver results in a fast‑paced environment and under pressure.
• Team player with strong influencing skills across all organizational levels.
