Business Sales Executive

About the role

The Business Sales Executive will drive new revenue for Digicult Global Media by identifying prospects, building client relationships, and promoting the agency’s marketing and communications services across the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the UAE market.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, presenting Digicult’s marketing and communications services.
• Conduct sales meetings, prepare proposals and quotations, and negotiate contracts.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project onboarding and delivery.
• Monitor client satisfaction, drive account growth through upselling and cross‑selling.
• Track sales performance, maintain accurate records in CRM tools, and contribute to revenue targets.

Required profile

• Proven sales and business development experience, including lead generation, pipeline management and closing deals.
• Strong account management and customer service abilities to sustain long‑term client relationships.
• Excellent communication skills for presentations, negotiations and internal collaboration.
• Prior experience in marketing, advertising or media agencies is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field preferred.
• Good understanding of the UAE market and willingness to work on‑site in Dubai; a valid licence is mandatory.
