Account Manager – Partner Success & Sales

About the role

We are looking to hire an Account Manager – Partner Success & Sales who will work directly with used‑car dealers to understand their business needs, upsell relevant services, and grow mutual revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of partners, ensuring strong relationships and consistent engagement.
• Identify opportunities and pitch financing, insurance, and car‑evaluation services to existing partners.
• Drive adoption of services that increase penetration and generate commission revenue for partners.
• Understand partner workflows and recommend customized service bundles that enhance their operations.
• Monitor partner performance, identify trends, and take proactive steps to optimise outcomes.
• Onboard new partners and train them on how to effectively use our platform and services.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, product, and customer support teams to deliver a smooth partner experience.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary education with 2‑5 years of experience in sales, account management or business development, preferably in automotive, fintech, SaaS or insurance.
• Familiarity with the automotive industry and prior experience using CRM software.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proven ability to build and maintain B2B relationships.
• Excellent verbal communication in English and Arabic, strong data‑entry skills and a results‑driven mindset.
• Ability to manage a sales pipeline, prioritise tasks and close deals; self‑motivated, organised and comfortable working independently.
