Account Manager, Reputation

About the role

Edelman’s Reputation team in Abu Dhabi is looking for an Account Manager to manage day‑to‑day account work, support senior colleagues and provide tactical counsel to high‑profile clients.

Key responsibilities

• Write and review proposals, develop content and conduct research.
• Lead client and internal meetings, manage account monitoring, reporting and analysis.
• Oversee medium‑to‑large projects, coordinate suppliers and ensure timely delivery.
• Provide tactical implementation advice and day‑to‑day client counsel.
• Assist in creating new‑business proposals and presentations.

Required profile

• Understanding of public relations with experience serving retail clients.
• Proven client‑facing experience delivering tactical counsel.
• Strong UAE media relations with English‑language outlets.
• Effective project‑management and time‑management abilities.
• Experience mentoring junior team members.
• Fluent in Arabic with excellent written communication skills.
