Account Manager – Strategic Projects (UAE)

About the role

The Projects Account Manager (PAM) will own a portfolio of strategic, recurring project customers across the UAE. This hybrid role blends relationship management with end‑to‑end commercial execution, ensuring both customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of strategic project accounts in the UAE.
• Maintain strong relationships to protect and expand existing business.
• Take ownership of qualified opportunities from hand‑over to deal closure, including proposal creation, negotiation and contract signing.
• Identify and pursue account‑expansion and new project opportunities within the existing customer base.
• Coordinate commercial activities such as forecasting, next‑step management and margin tracking.
• Record all opportunity details and updates in the CRM system daily.
• Collaborate with delivery and technical teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Attend networking and customer engagement events to raise market visibility.
• Conduct a minimum of 40 qualified customer meetings each month.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing strategic accounts and project‑based sales in the UAE.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of closing deals.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
• Detail‑oriented with disciplined CRM usage.
