Sales Executive – Car Detailing Services

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our growing car detailing company in Sharjah. The role focuses on generating new customers, promoting detailing services, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new sales opportunities through calls, WhatsApp, social media, walk‑ins, referrals and other channels.
• Promote and sell car detailing, polishing, ceramic coating, paint protection and other automotive services.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about services, packages and pricing.
• Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable detailing packages.
• Achieve monthly and individual sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, quotations and sales.
• Coordinate with the detailing team to ensure smooth bookings and service delivery.
• Provide regular sales reports and feedback to management.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer‑service and relationship‑building abilities.
• Confident and persuasive personality with the ability to work independently.
• Good knowledge of English; Arabic or other languages are an advantage.
• Basic computer and WhatsApp skills.
• A valid UAE driving licence is an advantage.
• Previous sales experience in automotive, car detailing, car rental or related fields is preferred.
• Ability to meet sales targets.
