Account Planning Manager (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

As the Account Planning Manager for OnTheList in Dubai, you will drive the full lifecycle of brand partnerships, from initial outreach to the execution of flash‑sale events. You act as the single point of contact for brand partners, blending event production precision, commercial strategy insight, and relationship‑building warmth to deliver seamless online and offline experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison for assigned brand partners, managing communication, expectations, and day‑to‑day queries.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to deepen partner relationships and increase brand loyalty on the OnTheList platform.
• Coordinate event planning, execution, and post‑event reporting across Marketing, Operations, Customer Service, and Floor Teams.
• Represent OnTheList’s mission of turning inventory into opportunity in every partner interaction.
• Lead brand acquisition and onboarding activities, prospecting new luxury brands and guiding them through the onboarding process.

Required profile

• Fluent Arabic speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience in brand partnership, relationship management, or commercial strategy within retail or e‑commerce.
• Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver high‑quality events.
• Professional, trustworthy, and capable of building long‑term relationships.
