Account Technical Lead

About the role

The Account Technical Lead (ATL) is a senior technical sales professional who drives Autodesk’s solution strategy across a defined set of accounts in Dubai. Acting as the technical quarterback, the ATL aligns technology with customer business outcomes, orchestrates technical resources, and partners closely with Account Executives to accelerate pipeline and deal velocity.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the technical strategy for assigned accounts, translating discovery insights into clear solution approaches.
• Coordinate technical specialists, partners, and internal experts to ensure the right level of engagement for each opportunity.
• Lead discovery sessions for strategic opportunities, linking customer pain points to measurable business outcomes using tools such as the Value Management Platform and Customer Outcome Proposals.
• Partner with Account Executives to shape deal strategy, identify expansion, cross‑sell and upsell opportunities, and mitigate technical risk.
• Maintain consistent messaging and solution positioning across all technical engagements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior technical sales or solution consulting roles, preferably within enterprise software.
• Strong ability to prioritize, orchestrate multi‑disciplinary teams, and influence deal outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills with senior customer executives.
