About the role
York Towers is seeking a bilingual Accountant & Administrative Manager to support its fast‑growing real‑estate operations in Dubai. The role combines core accounting duties with comprehensive administrative and compliance responsibilities, reporting directly to senior leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day accounting tasks including bookkeeping, reconciliations, invoicing, payments, budgeting and financial reporting.
- Lead VAT registration and filing with the UAE Federal Tax Authority and oversee banking portal KYC requirements.
- Handle legal processes such as documentation clearing, trademark registration, corporate licensing, notarisation and attestation.
- Administer government, telecom and banking portals, including WPS compliance.
- Oversee office resources, supplies and equipment.
- Support the full hiring cycle: job posting, interviewing, visa processing and NOC submissions for freelancers.
- Coordinate with HR on attendance, payroll, leave approvals and staff matters.
- Assist executive leadership with scheduling, correspondence and project management.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in UAE‑based accounting or administrative roles.
- Strong knowledge of UAE government procedures, compliance and VAT regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
- Arabic fluency at C2 level and English proficiency at B2 level.
Required skills
- Advanced MS Excel.
- Proficiency with MS Office suite.
- Experience using CRM systems.
- VAT registration and filing.
