About the role

We are looking for an experienced Accountant specialized in freight forwarding to manage petty cash, bank reconciliation and inter‑company accounting activities in the UAE.

Key responsibilities

Ensure timely posting of journal entries
Perform daily accounting activities
Process petty cash payments
Assist in preparing periodic reports
Support external and internal audits
Conduct monthly intercompany reconciliation
Arrange staff petty cash expenses
Maintain proper filing of all records

Required profile

3‑4 years of accounting experience in the UAE, preferably as an accounts assistant handling bank reconciliation and petty cash
B.Com or equivalent accounting qualification with relevant industry knowledge
Demonstrated teamwork, confidentiality and a commitment to continuous learning
